Key benefits

  • Provides resistance between 1-8 Ω/sq
  • Enables 30 to 40°C increase within 5 minutes

  • Features from 70 to 400 Watts power
  • Resistivity has no “hot spots” and is independent of humidity

  • Uniform heat dissipation

  • Improved energy efficiency

Application

The graphene nanotubes are dispersed homogeneously throughout an easy-to-apply water-based acrylic formulation. The result is a easy-to-use solution for electrical heating where the carbon material acts as the conductor. Electroheating processes are generally clean, quiet, and do not waste energy by warming up surroundings to achieve the necessary results. The high water content makes these water-based coatings both environmentally friendly and easy to apply, with low toxicity, reduced flammability and excellent surface properties such as anti-sealing effects , resistance to heat and abrasion and excellent adhesion Their production costs are lower since they do not require additives, hardeners or thinners.
