Application

This aramid coating can be applied to various parts and mechanisms of industrial equipment, such as slide plates and guide tracks of machine tools, shaft sleeves in rolling mills, excavator bushings, crankshaft balancer bushings in mining excavators, differential pinions, etc. The aramid coating significantly increases wear resistance of friction units in sliding mode. Combining the strength of steel with the low friction coefficient of aramid increases the load capacity of a friction unit in comparison with a similar unit made of bronze.
